Clean Processed & Sterilized Clean Room Suits for Critical Environments
Some environments require that all clean room garments be manufactured and clean processed inside a clean room to prevent any and all contaminants from being introduced into the facility. Depending on your clean room requirements, garments may be clean processed and individually packaged OR clean processed, individually packaged, and sterilized by gamma irradiation. Material options include:- Tyvek® Coveralls: These coveralls are highly resistant to punctures and tears, but are still breathable enough to provide comfortability when worn for long periods of time.
- Tyvek® IsoClean® Coveralls: One of the most popular products from DuPont, these disposable coveralls do not lint or shed and are clean processed to ISO 5 (Class 100) standards.
- Microporous Coveralls: These coveralls are made from polyolefin fabric and are known as “comfort clean” suits. They offer a cost-effective alternative to Tyvek® in applications that require liquid and particle protection.
- Polypropylene Coveralls: These coveralls are inexpensive and breathable—well suited for use in non-critical environments.
