VinylShield™ C Lightweight Ceiling Panels
Outfit your critical environment with our VinylShield™ C Ceiling Tiles. These tiles are constructed from non-perforated vinyl facing and backing and wet-felted ceiling panels made from 46% recycled material. While the tile’s core helps it to resist sagging, the vinyl facing and backing allows the ceiling tiles to be washed and scrubbed with common chemicals without being damaged. Materials used in the tiles are approved by the USDA/FSIS. Each tile’s edge is spray sealed for ensured reduction of particle emissions. The VinylShield™ Ceiling Tile also features a BioShield™ Mold and Mildew Guard. This treatment which coats the panel’s back surface prevents the growth of mold or mildew and makes certain your environment remains sanitary and clean.
Lightweight Ceiling Panel Applications
As a result, these ceiling tiles are ideal for use in a variety of settings including:
- Cleanrooms
- Laboratories
- Classrooms
- Healthcare Facilities
- Restaurants
- Food Preparation or Processing Areas
- Restrooms
Each tile is lightweight, weighing 0.7lbs/sq ft. The lighter weight makes it easy to convert an existing office ceiling into a cleanroom space as it eliminates concerns about the ceiling grid’s capability to support the tiles’ weight. In addition, the line of VinylShield™Ceiling Tiles helps to reduce noise within the environment while being highly reflective to maximize brightness in the room.
